Youth mentoring programs

Winning Futures is an award-winning nonprofit that builds targeted skills in students through youth mentoring programs, which include our workbooks and training handbooks.

The Winning Futures youth mentoring programs provide the guidance students need to successfully prepare for the future and grow into the person they want to become. Our workbooks assist youth in exploring who they are and what they stand for, being their own leader, appreciating diversity, building positive relationships, setting goals, improving academic grades and mapping out their future.

With each workbook comes a training handbook that is designed for teachers, mentors or program staff to create an interactive learning experience for their youth. Through our evidence-based mentoring programs that center around the workbooks and training handbooks, students become empowered and are adequately prepared for the future.

Start-up and veteran organizations have successfully implemented this award-winning mentoring model. Additionally, all types of structures (community, site and school-based) are able to easily adapt this model.
