Youth mentoring curriculum

Winning Futures is an award-winning nonprofit that builds targeted skills in students through our youth mentoring curriculum, including our workbooks and training handbooks.

Our program’s success is achieved through written activities in the Winning Futures student workbooks, along with group discussions and hands-on activities easily facilitated by a mentor, teacher or other adult with the help of our Winning Futures training handbook.

The Winning Futures student workbook is a guide that helps students become who they want to be. Activities include self-exploration, responsibility and leadership, diversity, creating positive relationships, personal goal setting and academic goal setting. The Winning Futures program works so well because business leaders, educators, parents and students designed our youth mentoring curriculum. It is one of the most successful mentoring models available.

Site-based, school-based and community-based mentoring programs have successfully implemented our curriculum. Specialized training resources are available for mentoring programs.
