Student mentoring program

Winning Futures is an award-winning nonprofit organization that provides an in-depth student mentoring program through the use of workbooks and training handbooks. We partner with other mentoring programs, schools, and non-profits to implement our evidence-based mentoring curriculum.

The goal of Winning Futures is to provide as many students as possible with the skills they need to succeed personally and professionally. Our student mentoring program focuses on helping mentees build valuable life skills through workshops, activities and/or classroom sessions.

For nearly 20 years, our student mentoring program has been utilized by schools and non-profit organizations to help create improvements in student honesty, respect, citizenship, motivation and self-esteem. Our programs also help improve fairness, study and work habits, and attendance, ensuring that students are put on the right path for success.
