Job readiness skills

Winning Futures is an award-winning nonprofit that provides students with workbooks and training handbooks to equip them with life skills and job readiness skills, among many others.

The Winning Futures high school and young adult workbooks help students explore who they are, set short-term and long-term goals, learn how to budget, overcome obstacles and much more. Since it’s crucial that young adults are adequately prepared to enter the workforce after graduation, our program also focuses heavily on providing students with the job readiness skills they will need to find a job.

Each workbook comes with a complementing training handbook that guides students on how to develop life skills and successfully prepare for the future. The handbook is designed for teachers, mentors or program staff to create an interactive learning experience for youth.
