Job readiness curriculum

Winning Futures is an award-winning nonprofit organization that provides a life skills program and job readiness curriculum for youth through workbooks and training handbooks.

Our high school and young adult workbook and complementing training handbook are guides to help students design their future, develop life skills and set goals for the future. It’s imperative that students are adequately prepared for the workforce, which is why our Winning Futures program incorporates a job readiness curriculum that sets students on the path to success.

Program activities include a career assessment, developing work values, establish short-term and long-term goals, creating a five-year plan, writing a resume, preparing for job interviews and much more. Our main goal is that each student who goes through our program acquires the skills they will need to succeed personally and professionally.
